Loan in Israel
You can get financing equivalent to 50% of the value of the property from an Israeli bank. It is essential to compare offers to get the best rate and the most suitable type of credit. Many variants exist (variable rate, fixed, indexed to inflation, etc.). Loan abroad

If you own one or more assets in France, such as an apartment or life insurance, you can obtain financing from a French bank by putting one or more of your assets as collateral. The cost of this type of financing is generally lower than that offered by Israeli banks. This type of loan, which is not very standardized, requires the intervention of one of our specialized financing partners, who will be able to negotiate the best conditions for you.
Mixed loan, purchase without contribution
This solution is based on a classic loan in Israel for 50% of the value, combined with a loan abroad backed by your available assets for the remaining 50%.
